Before every single nap and bed time Paislee and I (or dad) rock in her chair and tell her stories. Jayson and I think we are pretty funny with some of the stories that we tell her too. Without fail only seconds into the story Paislee says "bed" which also means, "ok stop with the silly stories and let me go to sleep already!" We then lay her in her bed and she says "Te amo Mom" This means "I love you Mom" in spanish. There is nothing sweeter in the world than hearing those words come from her sweet little voice. Whenever Dad or Mom leave's to go anywhere she always says "Te Amo!"
She talks so much and says the cutest things all of the time. Things like:
-"Mom, stinky toes!" (after putting her nose to my feet)
-"I'm funny!" or "Paislee silly!" after she does something goofy
-"chocolate milk please"
-"pretty hair mom"
-"are you ok?" which she says if I hurt myself (which i'm clumsy so I do quite often), followed by a hug and kiss
-"I farted, its stinky" or "I tooted!" personal favs of mine
-"Go away!" which she says to Jayson when he is annoying her and I laugh so hard
"Do you want more juice?" when we are having a tea party (10 x a day)
"Kylee, your funny!" she calls me by my name all the time. I love it, but at the same time I always correct her and say, "No, I'm mom!" She likes to say "Jayson" instead of dad sometimes too.
The list goes on and on and quite frankly everthing that comes out of her mouth makes my heart melt. I love being able to have conversations with her. It makes things alot easier when she can communicate what she wants or needs. I love this stage in her life! I wish she would just stop growing already!
