Our V-day weekend

Alright so this had to be one of my favorite Valentines days ever. We literally had a Valentines weekend to tell you the truth. Friday night Jayson had planned a special evening for the two of us (to avoid Valentines day traffic). We began at Tepanyaki which was an 1 1/2 hour wait which I was perfectly fine with, but little did I know Jayson had something up his sleeve for the evening. We decided to go somewhere quick instead. We ate at Paradise bakery which I always love and then Jayson said we needed to be somewhere at 8. After eating he began driving and pulled into one of my favorite places in the entire world. MASSAGE ENVY!! We then had an hour long relaxing massage which I thoroughly enjoyed. Afterwards we went straight to bed where I fell asleep like two seconds later. The next day (V-Day) I slept in till 10 and Jayson came home from his basketball game and climbed in bed with me where we watched a movie and relaxed all morning. It was snowing like crazy so we decided to put all of our snow gear on and take my dad's fourwheeler around the neighborhood. We also had a ton of fun chasing my parents Llama's around.(for those of you who don't know my family has llama's and Jayson and I live right next door to my parents pasture where they keep them)

All dressed up and ready to hit the snow packed streets on the fourwheeler

This picture made me almost pee my pants from laughing so hard

Oh the good ol Llamas!

Two hours later, after plowing lots of drive ways and playing in the snow with the Llamas we came home and got ready for yet another romantic night. We went to Tepanyaki and had an amazing dinner. Afterwards we came home and Jayson went to pick up a movie. To make things short he came home with roses and Madagascar 2 to a room full of candles and a little bit of romance. The night ended with us cuddling up watching one of the funniest movies ever. It couldn't have been more perfect!

Oh how the belly is growing!!

Our baby is growing so so fast! The new due date is now August 27th!

1st TRIMESTER DOWN, 2 TO GO!!!! Jayson and I have been taking pictures every Thursday night so we could have a little scrapbook of the growth of my belly. I am so glad we have done this because now I can see all the different changes that occur each week. I can't believe how much my belly has grown already! I know it will only get bigger and bigger as the weeks go by. We get to find out in four weeks if it is a boy or a girl. I can't wait!! My motherly intuition is kicking in (or so I think) and I think it is a girl. Jayson thinks the same. Who knows.... We will be so so happy either way! I will continue to keep you updated on the progress!

One Year Ago!

One year ago my adorable husband popped the big question I had literally been waiting my entire life to be asked. "Will you?" was basically all he asked (with tears in his eyes might I add). I was completely not expecting it at all because he told me we were going ring shopping the next day. Little did I know he had gone out on his own and picked the ring out weeks before. It was perfect the way he proposed. He told me his mom was having a "Jazz party" and that the whole family was going. Little did I know this whole Jazz party was just an excuse to have the whole fam over to watch the big proposal. So of course I get in all my Jazz gear and show up to see I am the only one even Jazzed up at all. Still I didn't think anything of it. There was tons of food and I kept thinking to myself "This is a big deal party for just a dumb Jazz game". Throughout the entire 1st half Jayson's nieces and nephews kept running out and saying "We made up a dance can we show you!" and every one kept saying, "just wait till half time" Finally half time came around and all the kids came out to do their dance. After they did their cute little dance they all pulled up their shirts and it said will you marry me on their bellies. I still didn't even catch on at this point until Jayson kneeled down in front of me. This is when he said "Will you?" and I just broke into tears. It was such a special night and it couldn't have been a more perfect way to propose. Last night(Feb. 8 is the actual date of proposal) to celebrate we cuddled up in our P.J.'s in our bed and watched the Jazz game together. Seeing how it was a Sunday we couldn't go out on the town but relaxing and laying in each others arms during the game was by far the best way to celebrate. I love Jayson so much and I never would have imagined a year later we'd be so happily married with a baby on the way! That was by far one of the best days of my life!

Which do you think?

Haha, okay so I thought this was so fetchin funny. I could have spent hours on this website creating our future children. It is funny to see what our future baby will look like (guarantee they will probably look nothing like this). I am trying to listen to my motherly intuition to figure out whether we are having a boy or a girl, but quite frankly I'm stumped. When talking about the baby I always seem to call it a "her" or "she" but in my dreams it's a "him" or "he". I wish we could find out now! Feel free to make your own guesses and let me know!
