FYI
In only a few weeks it will be Christmas card time! I've already started on some for friends and family and I am happy to help anyone out. If you are interested in having me make your Christmas card this year email me at kyleeannwood@gmail.com or text me! All I need is you to email me which photos you want, an idea of colors or style you are thinking, size (5x7 usually) and any details you want and I will email you back with a couple different options. It's SO much cheaper and SO easy to email it to Costco (or wherever you get your prints) and just pick them up that day. Let me know if you are interseted :) Oh how giddy this makes me knowing Christmas card season is just around the corner!!

Wood Family Reveal
This is how we told my family we were pregnant.....
Oct 30th is Rachael's birthday so I thought it would be so fun to throw a white trash birthday bash to celebrate! I'm so glad my mom went along with it because boy it was funny! When my dad saw Paislee he caught on pretty quick what we were announcing.. One of the first things he said was, "Now, is that okay??" haha since he knew we weren't "suppose" to get pregnant till December.
I was really surprised that my parents got into. I mean those of you who know my dad will probably die at the sight of him in a wife beater...haha check out my mom's nice mole she made. SICK!
It was definitely a fun and memorable way to tell the family! My mom and sister both found out the Wednesday before because I had just had the ultrasound and went to lunch and to see Footloose with those two and I couldn't hold it in! I wish I had their faces on film.. Seriously priceless... No one was expecting it which made for alot of fun telling people! But I must say, if you've never had a white trash bash, it truly is a magnificent way to celebrate any occasion!!

Oct 27th 2011 (I advise you to read)
Post written October 27, 2011
Today is a day I thought would be incredibly hard on me. Today is my due date. Nine months ago I pictured holding a cute little baby in my arms. Getting to gobble up the chubby cheeks of yet another little baby in our family. All my girlfriends who were due around the same time as me have had their babies and it is crazy to me I would have been having a baby of my own too! I realize more today than ever that Heavenly Father knows whats best for us and WHEN things are best for us in our lives. Today, on my due date, I don't feel an ounce of sadness because Heavenly Father has something in store for our family. Although I looked forward to looking at that sweet baby for the first time, I experienced a miracle which overshadows those thoughts... I saw my baby's heart beat for the first time yesterday! Yes! You heard me! I am pregnant!! It was an amazing experience to have had the opportunity of seeing his/her heart beat the day before my original due date. Amazing things have happened over the last month that has brought such peace and comfort to me, allowing me to not be scared or have anxiety as I started this whole process again.
We lied, to ALOT of people. And I apologize for that! But it made for some really great reactions to our exciting news! At my six month check-up on August 31st Steve told me all my blood work had come back so great that we could go ahead and start to try. He advised me to wait a month after I got off birth control. The amazing thing was, 1 month before my appointment I felt like I needed to stop taking it (which I thought was weird since we still had 4 months left till we could start trying). So, I stopped taking it and had already been off of it for one month! I started my period a few days later and two weeks after my appointment I got pregnant! This baby was OBVIOUSLY ready and I felt at ease and calm about the whole "trying again" thing.
The six months beforehand I had felt very nervous and worried about when we would start trying again. I thought I would be a wreck and full of anxiety once I would get pregnant. After going through the molar pregnancy I thought I would stress out big time that something would be wrong. Oonce Steve told me we could start trying again I felt so good about it. I felt more peace and comfort about pregnancy than I had for the last six months. When praying about it I felt so good about everything. A couple really amazing things happened over the next few weeks that strengthened my testimony of a loving Heavenly Father who knew I needed extra comfort during this time. While at the temple doing sealings with Jayson, our Sealer kept mentioning our posterity. Everytime we would go up, he would make a comment about how we have children waiting. The spirit was so strong and I was holding back tears the whole hour because I knew it was Heavenly Father's way of reassuring me that everything was going to be okay and that we would have a baby when the time is right. That same day, I was driving in the car with my mom and sister, telling them about my temple experience. I was crying and of course I made sure they didn't suspect we we're trying to get pregnant at the time. After our conversation was over I looked down and there was a fortune from a fortune cookie folded and sitting on my knee. I opened it up and it said, "Children will play an important role in your life". I asked my mom and sister if it was their's and they said no! We have NO CLUE where it came from. None of us had had chinese food recently and how in the heck it ended up on my knee in the middle of our car ride down to St. George I still to this day have no idea. I felt like it was just another way of Heavenly Father smacking me over the head saying, "I am here and listening to your prayers. You don't need to worry!" But isn't that SO crazy?
This might sound crazy, but I knew I was pregnant the day after we conceived. I even told Jayson, I am 99.99% positive I am pregnant weeks before I could even take a test. I know my body pretty well and I could just tell a difference... I took a pregnancy test WAY too early because I was feeling so pregnant I thought maybe I ovulated earlier than I thought I did. It was negative, but not for a split second did I think I wasn't pregnant. A few days later, I was up all night not feeling very well. So at 6:00 in the morning, I got up and took another test.... POSITIVE!!!!! Jayson came home from the gym to Paislee running around the house in her big sister shirt. He was thrilled as can be the second he saw her!
We have had so much fun telling our family and friends over the last couple of weeks. Since this post is getting REALLY long I will break it up into multiple posts. We told Jayson family yesterday at his family Sunday dinner. This is how we did it:

We loved everyone's reactions!
I will be 9 weeks in a few days and our little squirt is due June 15th 2012! Oh I can hardly wait!!!!
