The day after we got home from Bear Lake we spent the day at my favorite parade in the entire world, Farmington Festival Days Parade! Talk about the greatest parade on the planet. Lots of cute floats, horses, no one standing in front of you in the streets, TONS of candy and just enough people to make it fun!
The girls with their candy bags
Following the parade I love walking around the carnival area and looking at all the cute booths. There are tons of fun things for the little kiddos like the baby goats (which is what inspired my mom last year to buy a couple) the train rides and blow up stuff. Afterwards it was off to my parents for a bbq and swimming.
After heading home and enjoying ourselves a great nap we got Panda Express take-out and headed to the Farmington Fire Works. Paislee loved playing at the Park and running around the baseball field where we sat.
Paislee and Jayson entertained me the entire night
Hill and Conner joined us just in time for the fireworks!
(notice the orange glow stick around Paislee's ankle.. This was a life saver. She was running around like crazy all night and this made it easy for us to spot her in the dark.)
This is an action shot of Paislee doing her booty drop. She bends over and puts her hands on the ground and shakes her booty. I know this is COMPLETELY inappropriate for a little girl to be doing but it is SO funny to watch. She was running around and stopping infront of random families laying on blankets and busting out the booty drop. haha sillly goose.
Farmington Festival Days is just as fun as the 4th of July in my book (maybe even more fun?) Glad to spend it with the ones I love!
We were trying to get through Farmington that day and it was CRAZY!! I've never even been to Farmington Festival days but we may have to make it a must next year!
