This past weekend (Labor Day Weekend) we had ourselves a good time. We started off our weekend with a Precision Asphalt Maintenance employee appreciation barbeque. This was a fun time where we threw a mexican bbq for all the employee's and their families were all invited. Jayson and I were in charge of the raffle which was loads of fun shopping to buy prizes. It was a fun way to get together with everyone and show the employees how much we appreciate all that they do!

Saturday I got to spend the day with my cute sister in laws and mother in law up at Swiss Days. It is always so much fun getting to hang out with them. Let's just say we had our fair share of laugh attacks.. Swiss Days was way fun and full of tons of cute things. Jayson watched Pais which made for a nice fun day with the girls. As soon as I got home, we packed up and headed to Lava Hot Springs.
That night we went to the hot pots which was more crowded than I have ever seen it. It was super fun and Paislee loved playing in the hot tub that was the least hot, but perfectly comfortable for the rest of us to hang out for awhile. Sunday we spent relaxing
Nothing beats spending good quality family time in the wilderness!
Oh and let's not forget getting stuck up at the land in our little Toyota Corolla because the rocks were too loose. We had to have a guy come up with a truck and pull us out. It was quite an adventure!

I must brag about this beauty... There were 7 or 8 other people fishing and I was the only one that caught a thing the entire time we were there! 17-18 inch rainbow trout! Woot Woot!

Monday we spent the day at the pool. If you haven't been to Lava recently you MUST GO! They have these new speed slides that are some serious fun. I haven't had so much fun on a water slide since High School!

This lovely hairstyle I am sporting is something I think EVERY girl has done in the pool. For some reason when I did this Jayson had a big ol laugh attack and I was so confused. He was like, "YOUR HAIR!!! IT LOOKS SOO FUNNY! WE GOTTA GET A PICTURE FAST!" So I thought it was going to be something way funny or something, turns out it looked like it always does when you flip your hair back in the pool. Apparently Jayson had never seen such a funny thing in his life.
Nothing beats a weekend in Lava Hot Springs. I'm so glad it is only a few hours away. If you haven't gone recently, GO! I luff it.
