Summer Fun!

Wow it feels so good to have it finally feel like summer!  It is so much being able to go outside and go and do fun things with Jayson and Paislee.  I already feel like this summer is going by WAY too fast.  Paislee is keeping me busy!  I love the age she is at right now because she is so curious and interested in everything!(which is what is keeping me so busy) I have just a bunch of pictures I have taken recently so enjoy the pics! I will explain on some of them what we've been up too so far this summer!

Teething..... Paislee is getting her top two front teeth which has resulted in some serious boogs...Look at how within a few seconds of taking pictures her snot makes its way down her face... Poor girl

Hanging with her cousins... She loves her cousin Kambree!  We went to Bear Lake last weekened with Rachael's family while Matt and Rach ran the 1/2 marathon! Way to go guys! These two have so much fun together!

Getting babysat by Auntie H!  Our families are so wonderful to watch Paislee for us whenver we have things going.  It is nice every once in awhile to drop her off and have some alone time with the hubs! Paislee loves every second with her Aunt's and Uncles and especially Grandma's and Grandpa's!

Going swimming at Grandma's house! We go at least two or three times a week. She LOVES swimming. She splashes like crazy and kicks her feet. We spend hours out by the pool each week! She loves it when her Uncle T comes out and swims with her.  Occasionally Grandma & Grandpa Wood come out and join us too!  Paislee has probably way too many swimming suits for her age...... haha Here are some pics of her modeling her latest two!

She's found the plug outlet.....SO, Jayson and I were trying to figure out a way to get her to stop trying to stick her fingers in the socket... I said, "maybe every time she touches it we should pinch her so she correlates touching it with pain..." Jayson agreed and I said you pinch her first! SO, we watched her crawl right up to the plug, and tried to stick her finger in it...I looked at Jayson for his que... And what did he do?  He like squeezed her arm with his two fingers. She looked at him like "wow dad, really?" And I said, "Jayson! That won't teach her anything, you are such a softy!" and we waited till she touched it again and I pinched her arm... She looked at me, curled her lip under, and started to cry..... Ya, that was the last time I tried to teach her that lesson...haha

Paislee has this doll, we call her "baby girly dolly" that she loves.  I give it to her and sit and just watch her.  She acts totally like she is a mom with this doll.  She takes care of it and gives it kisses all day long.  Every time she starts playing with another toy, then see's the doll sitting there, she crawls right to her, picks her up, and gives her tons of kisses.  It is the funniest thing to watch.  She is so sweet and tender hearted.

Well their you have it folks, a little taste of whats been going on in the Adam house hold now that summer is here.  Asphalt season is here so Jayson is staying incredibly busy with that.  This year has been SOOOO much better than any other year because they have hired employee's now to do all the dirty work.  He just has to meet with business owners and get jobs lined up, which makes his schedule WAY more flexible.  It is nice not having him gone from 6 in the morning to 8 at night.  He comes and goes from the house all day long and if we have something special going on or a vacation it is alot easier to take work off.  We have alot of fun adventures planned this summer so stay tuned for the updates!
